Just poppin in for a quick "Hi!" and then I'm back to sleep..... I feel like Hell today. Think I'm getting a sore throat.
Glad your gig went well Porthos! I look forward to reading the details when I'm conscious again.

It was a special show for me because of manny things.
First, I had done 2 or 3 hours gig in the past (saturday's gig was about and hour and 20 minutes long) but it was my first gig doing mainly my own songs. (my set list was made of 10 original songs and 2 covers but ended up doing 3 more covers at the end as an encore.)
Secondly, there were people from my family and close friends who already knew my stuff, people from work who knew me but never heard my songs and a few people I didn't know at all.
Plus, I received great heartfelt comments on certain songs I wasn't normally receiving special comments on and was really happy that a song I have that talks about my hometown (that normally works really well with my famly and friends cause they're all from there too) touched many people and made them feel like it was talking about there hometown even though theyre not from the same place as me.
I also recived an offer from a film student who'd like to do a short film based on one of my song.
It was a great night and it's the start of more to come.
